Bill: Shares a last name with Robert [Edward Cullen] HAR.  Pretty sure he has the best accent ever.

Laureen: Manager. Glasses, curly hair.

Amber: Nicest person ever.

It takes me more than 2 shifts to memorize people's names.  SO MUCH FAIL.
